Erin has been personal training, propelling her clients towards their wellness goals for over 13 years on an individual basis. Her clients have seen positive transformations both mentally and physically. However, she has always felt deep down inside that she hasn't been able to reach enough people to enhance their wellness. WOW ME! Personal Training added a Corporate Wellness group component and both programs are founded on the integration of our expertise and skills to educate, motivate, and enrich the lives of one to ten to hundreds of thousands of people.
