The intention I hold with my practice is to serve as an aligned healing guide to help individuals recognize their awake nature, fully embody and integrate that awakening, and hone the tools for self-empowerment. I work with repairing the attachment system (AARM; creating stronger, safer, more secure relationships with others, self, and with life), uncovering and re-patterning conditioned programs that keep us stuck reliving trauma and unfulfilling life experiences, and connecting back to the heart; the resting place of our true passions, purpose, and excitement for life.
