I have been in practiced since 2001. Started my business in SF then Monterey and SD. Over the last few years I realized that when clients come to see me with physical, mental and emotional pain that there are always underlying patterns of thinking and beliefs that sabotage who we really are. Consequently I stared to teach mind-body techniques including breathing practices, meditation and visualization to achieve optimal and long lasting results.
