HistoryTree House Wellness started with mindfulness yoga. Soon, Zumba dance / tone circuits were added for cardio and strength building. Qi Gong our newest addition is a soulful mindfulness movement class. We now offer therapeutic massage & exfoliating facials at our Placerville site. Outside socials including movie nights, chili cook offs, wine tasting, lake hikes, kayaking have been evolving to promote client bonding.Specialties-YOGA: Enjoy yoga in a serene setting with engaging music, candlelight and essential oils.
