My account was locked so I called to have them unlock it for me. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes on my 15 min break. I had to hang up to get back to work. This is horrible customer service.

Not a convenient credit union! From being on the phone 30 mins just wanting to know what the process is to close an account and the teller not being able to help with 1 fee that was a complete...
