I was asked to use their ATM to make a withdrawal because they "do not have the ability to do cash withdrawals at the teller window". I believe the teller was lying but I didn't have time argue.

1st valley credit union has a ATM outside that I use. It works and doesn't charge me a fee to use it, because my bank is also a credit union. Can't say anything about the bank other than their ATM...
