Cynthia Farrell has more than 36 years of experience in the mortgage industry, holding almost every position in the loan process. She has overseen origination/processing, underwriting, funding and delivery of all mortgage loans to the secondary market. For 26 years she focused on Underwriting and Underwriting Leadership serving as Regional Underwriting Manager with a West Coast and National focus.After transitioning to sales, Cynthia's extensive loan structuring and product knowledge have been key in her success. Utilizing that knowledge to support clients in being able to obtain the mortgage loan that is best for them and their needs. Her mission as a Licensed Mortgage Professional is to find a way for community members to be homeowners, to use their equity as needed, and to invest in her community in ways that will provide housing for those in need and to educate our community members on how to create a path to home ownership. Cynthia believes deeply that the Real Estate and Mortgage industries can be huge influences on the landscapes of our cities, states and nation in providing housing. She believes this our primary responsibility and works diligently with borrowers to meet their current and future mortgage financing needs.

In Jocelyn's 14 years in the mortgage industry, she has taken great pride in helping clients find the best loan for their financial well-being. She loves assisting first-time homebuyers and walking them thru every step of the process, using all of her resources to get her clients a great deal on their mortgage. I'm honest and truly care about your homebuyer or refinance experience. My clients become family to me.Outside of work, Jocelyn is an active participant and ambassador to the Placer County Board of Realtors. She also enjoys spending time with her family including her three grown children and her grandson. It's very rewarding that her adult children still like to spend time with their mom.
