The Culver City Park is a 41.55-acre park located south of downtown Culver City. Just west of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook, the Culver City Park offers hiking, a children's playground, two half-court basketball courts, a skate park, three baseball fields, a soccer field, and even a dog park (The Bone Yard). As far as activity-based parks, there is something for everyone.
Must See/Do at the Culver City Park
For families, the Culver City Park has a charming play area with children's play equipment near its entrance at Jefferson Boulevard and Duquesne. For dog owners, continue up Duquesne to The Bone Yard, a good-size dog park that's individually fenced to cater to small, medium and large off-leash dogs. Another favorite is the Interpretive Nature Trail hike along the wooden boardwalks that crisscross up to the top of the hill. This hike gives the impression of being in a lush wooded area.
