HistoryDJCJ was founded by Jimmy Cong in February of 2016. With a B.A. in Music and Visual Arts Digital Media, rest assured that Jimmy will make sure that everything goes smoothly during all events he performs at. It all began when Jimmy was asked to DJ his friend's wedding. Instead of playing music from an iTunes playlist, he decided to learn the basics of DJ mixing. Since then, he has DJed countless events around the UC San Diego campus, weddings, and even house parties. Jimmy doesn't limit himself to one particular genre, but he does enjoy spinning Top 40, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Dance tracks. Besides DJing, Jimmy can also bring live entertainment to your event. He has been playing piano since 2007 and guitar since 2005. He has won countless awards and performed for large company events. No matter what your music needs may be, DJCJ has a package for any occasion.SpecialtiesNo matter if it's a small house party or a large wedding, DJCJ will make sure to play music that will keep the dance floor alive all night.

SpecialtiesWe are the Deejays & Vinylphiles Clubs, a student-run organization at UC San Diego that has been open since 1997. Our club has dozens of members highly experienced in DJing events ranging from galas and corporate events to dance and house parties all over the globe. We offer packages that are tailored to your needs and strive to always create the perfect atmosphere for your event.
