Terri is such a helpful banker. All of the employees are super knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate all they have done for me and find myself grateful that I get to bank at such a wonderful place.

This bank is full of crap I got a credit back from T-Mobile and all of a sudden Citibank lost it probably somewhere in Indian where they are obviously located...I cannot believe I trusted them for...
