Specializing in local organic catering, private chef, weddings, personal small weddings, personal chef services, cooking classes, wine pairing dinners, wild foraged foods and classes, private events, dinner parties, weekly meals. I source from small local organic farms using the freshest ingredients. I have long standing relationships with local farmers and producers. Each ingredient is carefully chosen for peak seasonal flavor, to bring to you an amazing culinary experience of the local flavors of Sonoma County. My specialty dishes include traditional spanish paella; I spent 5 years in Spain learning the culinary traditions and foods of the area. I am well versed in French, Italian, Greek, Moroccan, West African, Thai, Argentinian, Mexican, Eastern European, Georgian, and Japanese cuisines. Some favorite dishes of clients are Bouillabaisse, Paella, Beef Bourguignon, Truffled Chicken, Cedar Plank Salmon, Home Made Breads, Desserts and Cakes. I support various local community organizations including slow foods, farm trails, feed sonoma, ceres and Food for Thought. I design meals for Food for Thought a local meal program for people with serious on-going health conditions on a weekly basis. I also train local teens to become conscientious local chefs that help their community and local economy.
