History

After years of working in counseling, I decided to start my private practice so I could focus on my clients. It's hard to believe that was over 11 years ago! I have seen a lot of couples and individuals over the years. I love meeting new people and helping them achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

I will help you look for the patterns and behaviors in your life that are no longer needed and may be getting in the way of your relationships, work, or life. Exploring where those patterns come from and how they developed can help you make sense of them. My emphasis areas include: Couples Counseling Police Families Returning Veterans Adolescents Individual Counseling Dealing with Divorce I will help you evaluate which skills continue to be effective in your life, and which are obstacles. You can develop new behaviors, new coping skills, and a new attitude about your life. You can learn to make more effective, conscious choices to improve yourself and your relationships.
