I think it's B S that after I bought a meal The Big Carl's I wanted a cup of Hot water and they charged me for the cup of hot water!!! I'm a customer, really that's how they do theirs customers it...

I order a Single Guacamole Bacon Burger via drive through tonight. Service is ok but the patty is cold. It seems like it was not coming right out from the grill. My next stop will be Habit Burger.
