Although I like the variety of food, management renovated recently and the inside now has more community benches than booths (yuck) and is so bright that it hurts customers with light sensitivity....

If I could give 0 stars I would but I ordered 4 times online and four times it was approved getting there telling me "my order wasn't in" and laughing telling me to wait. It was 6 tacos like it...

I haven't been to Jacks since 12/4/24 and yet there are 3 recent transactions on my bank card totaling over $180. Emailing and calling have proved to be fruitless. Jack is con artist and scammer....
