If you are looking to live a healthier lifestyle and look and feel better all while having fun, you need to try our training center. Our core values include community, accountability and fun and we have developed a program that incorporates both western and eastern fitness techniques that encourage you to play. While we do use TRX Suspension Trainers, we are not a typical gym using bulky equipment that is routine and boring, instead we teach you to use your body as your workout gear which will allow you to train whenever and wherever without the need of a gym or equipment. We offer comprehensive programs that are specifically individualized for each client's abilities, from high impact to low impact training. Our comprehensive programs include weight training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching, nutrition guidance, injury and surgery rehabilitation and lifestyle modification. Regardless of your age or condition if you work with us and hold yourself accountable you will feel like your best self and feel like a kid again! We have several membership options available from group training to virtual memberships you can access at home.
