History

We started out very small and private but as the years have come along we have acquired more trainers, classes, and clientele.Our goal is to keep up our quiet personal gym environment and strong personal training background and provided exceptional customer service while continually building clientele.

Specialties

Here at International Fitness we specialize in a private facilities for all of our members. With plenty of equipment, free weight and calisthenic space, punching bags, and even tanning provided; you've got all you need to get in shape, stay fit, and spice up your routines! Our gym provides a great atmosphere for all ages including senior citizens with our health insurance backed Silver Sneakers program.
