Since starting my practice, I have been adding and refining techniques through the years to my psychotherapy and integrative psychiatric biological consultation practice, most recently focusing on David Burns' TEAM therapy but also using ART, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, an Acupuncture protocol for anxiety and addiction as well as mindfulness meditation, nutritional, herbal and exercise consultation and techniques for sleeping more deeply.
