Plus: Very good teachers. A good place to get the basics. Odd, most classes are an hour, this place it's 45 minutes. And I have never seen equipment like theirs, the lowest end I have ever used....

I purchased the Groupon for my mom and I and we are so sore from our barre and Pilates class. I have done reformer classes before and it's such a grueling workout with all the great benefits....
