I specialize in supporting people during times of transition; whether that be in work, in relationship, having to do with addiction or habit, or end of life transition. Three main points on how I work: 1) Transition can be dis-regulating to the nervous system-- I have a plethora of resources to relax the Central Nervous System. A calm nervous system has access to more creativity and more information. 2) Your psychological response to transition may cause you to change your physical habits, including your diet, sleep patterns, exercise, etc. This can create a negative feedback loop that we can halt and reverse by tending to the physical. 3) Your body has the answers-- we now know that brain extends through the whole body on a nervous system level. As we increase your capacity for embodiment, you are literally expanding access to your brain and your human potential. Change is the only constant. We are made for transition-- we are just not taught how to use it as an opportunity for transformation and growth. I am here to help support you in that.
