So I moved in here, November 2018 since then my rent has skyrocketed. It's gone up $800 in the last 3 years! The beach colony is a wonderful place to live but the rent is outrageous. Do they think...

Absolutely in love with this place. Julie is incredible and helps you with everything. It really feels like home. So close to the beach and amazing pool area. Great parking and wonderful people...
