The only thing good about this place is the excellent location. The rent does up at least $200 dollars every year regardless of any repairs this 50 year property does not do. For about 6 months...

Renter's Beware! You will never see your deposit again. As long as you are okay with it then you're fine I suppose, but I gave back the keys early so they could rent it sooner and left it...

This is a very comfortable place to live. The corporate owners have some problems with maintenance and property management. But the atmosphere is warm and friendly. A very family kind of place.
