Beginning in the health club setting, he has coached over 1,000 clients while they trimmed their waistline, gained strength, improved balance, and enjoyed life! He has a keen intuition for clients' needs and absolutely loves what he does. Now, John has stepped out and created a business of his own where he can help members create a fitness lifestyle including strength training, cardio training, and nutritional programming.
