Things started off great. The clerk was friendly and walked me through how to use the bike. We left and I soon noticed a noise but I hadn't ridden an ebike before so I didn't know what was normal....

I called and called and they never answered the phone or my voice message. Then charged me at full price after I repeatedly tried to cancel. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!

This was so fun! Really nice people at Bay City too. Would recommend getting an E-bike and riding across the bridge and then to Sausalito for lunch.
