They were helpful and quick. I rented for the Alcatraz triathlon and my bike worked with no issues. Make sure you discuss in detail with them what kinds of pedals / clips you need in advance.

We had a fantastic time! Johnny was amazing and gave us a ton of great information. Rode e-bikes over the bridge and all the way to Tiburon and took the ferry back to the Ferry Market Building....

Rented two bikes. Both were in good condition. This is also a nice place to start a ride. We road towards the golden gate bridge. Great morning ride! Picked up some Philz coffee out by Crissy field
