Nancy Badger specializes in the classic Bel Canto vocal technique perfected by Italian opera circles over hundreds of years and brought to Hollywood by famed voice coach, Ron Anderson. This technique is applicable to those singing pop, rock, blues, jazz, or opera, who are looking to make sure their voice lasts through their entire set, through a tour or even a lifetime. She also works with those looking to improve their speaking voice for business or presentation purposes. After 10 years of studying with Ron, Nancy has been teaching voice and piano for the past 20 years. I am excited about your interest to train your voice as you are. Located at RDC I offer instruction in voice, piano and recorder. I've been teaching in the Los Angeles area for more than 10 years. I teach in a relaxed atmosphere while focusing on memorizing notes, lyrics and technique. Rythmn and notes are learned through fun games and apps. But my goal is always to develop musicianship skills in my students so that they are fine musicians. I also work with those looking to improve their speaking voice for business or presentation purposes. I teach all ages, children and adults, and have taught high spectrum children. I teach people to match tone when they are tone deaf. And everyone learns how to eliminate stagefright when singing in public.
