Why is there only one teller at the window. The service is horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. Why even bank here

I would rate this bank 0 star if I could. They make us wait for 1 hour saying we're next and they keep helping other people who came in after us. This is ridiculous.

there's always a long line, but I guess they kind of made up for it by clearing my checks but going forward they won't clear them anymore so that just means they can do it. They just being strict...
