Came in to make a wire transfer and there are only two bankers working. Thee is a line of people waiting and they can't get anyone else here to help!!! An hour wait at best!

Bank of Americas Long Line because there were not enough tellers. Horrible and rude check in personnel (hispanic female with long hair) with a holier than thou attitude. Does not cater to walk in...

They think Covid 19 is still going on. 2 tellers. No other locations open. And the manager is a rag. I saw her being rude to everyone she spoke to. When I got up to the teller they couldn't help...
