This Bank of America has a extremely bad customer service. Bank of America has the poorest customer service. The wait time to speak to an agent, is just ridiculous and they are rude.

Long waiting line 45 minutes I am in the line never come back again all the staff is don't pay attention. They just talking each other and laugh.
