This lobby closes at 4 pm. We arrived at 3:59 and the doors were already locked. We wanted to open an account to pay our new credit card. Already haven't been much of a fan of Bank of America so...

20 minutes waiting to make 2 deposit . One teller working today. There's more workers ready to open accounts or financial services then tellers . No one asking the line if they have deposits only...

Why is this bank even open there close on Saturday!! Just shut it down !!! If they can't afford paying for labor just close the bank at this point !!
