The amount of tellers . It's a day after a long holiday weekend and they have one teller . Even when it's not they have one teller . The lady today was only nice to the ppl of the same...

Great staff, but understaffed. Had a line of 8 people with one teller initially. Then, one of the staff upfront decided to help out. They kept a professional attitude, I think the manager should...

Warning do not bank with BofA Their hours are now 10-4pm. 2 tellers and a line out the door. They have now made banking an experience much like the DMV. Never again.

Not even a star honestly really needed to speak an employee and it didn't let me that's why they say Wells Fargo is way better
