When I call bank of America in Hercules they never pick up the phone it's very frustrating and I had to go to the bank in person, when I am in side the bank staff is helpful

Terrible service. You have to wait forever to get any sort of help and need to make an appointment for everything, including accessing your safe deposit box. The business hours are not reasonable...
