Need more efficient tellers...BOA San Bernardino always failed in efficiency...waiting in line 20 plus minutes and tellers ignore the business side is ridiculous

Worst damn bank location EVER! dirty smelly and every time I go to that damn bank... there always one atm down. Which ends up being a damn long ass line and some dumbasss person who don't know how...

Been sitting here for 10 minutes... 4 tellers one person being helped. Smh. This place sucks. Left and went to a different bank of America. Horrible
