I love this branch they have the new Atm machines where I can do all my banking. The girls are always friendly.

Terrible customer service 3:20 PM SHE Says close. Saying they close at 4:00 pm and they are not going to help any more people. I was not busy

Waited 2 hours to see a banker, were told wait time was 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional, time is money and they don't care about their customers.

Waiting too long to make a simple money transfer and locked of customers services if you asked questions about the estimate waiting time they recommend that you can go to any others BOA.

One bank teller for 10 plus people are you kidding me !! They need more people this bank is always short staff and slow
