Cockroach infested apartments; problem persists despite their repeated pest control efforts. Students are pressured to renew lease 8 months early, and before cockroach season starts.

Pros: The price is okay. Peaceful environment. Large living space for a 4b apartment. Cons: Their staffs are pretty much useless and too free since they can't fix your toilet as they came twice...

My daughter hasn't moved in yet, but of all the places we looked at in Davis this as well as a couple other Tandem properties were our favorites. They seemed to be most reliable for repairs, etc....
