History

I started out in 2004 as an SF based independent yoga teacher, later joined UCSF full time as a yoga, pilates and fitness trainer where I taught for over 10 years, and recently in 2016 returned to teaching independently.

Access your most powerful physical and mental self with my yoga, Pilates and fitness sessions. Sign up for private sessions directly with me, or public group sessions at one of the studios I teach at. I offer challenging yet mindful workouts that help you increase your skills. Through enjoyable practice sessions and skill mastery you naturally increase strength, flexibility, energy and comfort in your body. I work with both people looking to increase their fitness level, decrease stress and those who are working through an injury or chronic condition. Two types of popular group classes I offer are Ashtanga Vinyasa Rocket and Pilates Reformer, both of which result in complete body transformation and maximum wellness. The Pilates studios I teach at are Mighty Pilates in Laurel Heights and Centered Body Pilates in Potrero Hill. My Ashtanga yoga classes are held in the Mission at Steppin' Out Dance Studio. I train fitness clients at Fitness Urbano. Private sessions are held in home or at one of the aforementioned studios.
