The staff is unfriendly, hardly willing to help, seldom to never returns phone calls. I witnessed even one member of the staff yelling at and harassing a student. Some printouts made so sloppy...

The Red Cross does great stuff, but every time that I call them they seem totally disorganized and unfriendly. Either I get put on hold for ages, or the person that I talk to seems disconnected...
