Ahimsa Soul is a subsidiary of The Young & The Healthy where Amber started as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach. With her drive to learn more, Yoga was always a passion for her as it helped save her from the daily stress of life. She has always been very spiritual and her energy always has an effect on others. When she embraced her gift, she has been able to offer Reiki healing to her students.
