Stair Lifts (also called chair lifts) can run on either side of the stairs. They can take an inside or outside curve and maneuver through landings - easily managing 90 and 180-degree turns. There are models specifically manufactured with outdoor conditions in mind. An outdoor stairlift is weatherized to protect against the elements and comes with a chair cover.
