Leslie Ward, MD, comes to Healthy Connections from Conway Regional where she worked at the clinic in Pottsville. She has years of experience caring for patients at hospitals and family clinics located throughout the region. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville and earned her medical degree from UAMS in Little Rock. She completed two years of training in pediatrics at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and participated in a family medicine residency at UAMS.

With a vibrant and compassionate approach to women’s health, Dr. Worley’s arrival signifies an exciting expansion of services across Hot Springs, Malvern, and Arkadelphia. Beyond her medical expertise cultivated at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and diverse healthcare experiences, Dr. Worley brings a unique philosophy—she doesn’t just “deliver babies,” she joyfully declares that she “catches babies,” embodying a spirited commitment to personalized and compassionate care.
