Beyond her medical expertise cultivated at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and diverse healthcare experiences, Dr. Worley brings a unique philosophy—she doesn’t just “deliver babies,” she joyfully declares that she “catches babies,” embodying a spirited commitment to personalized and compassionate care.

Dr. Tracy Rowe, MD, joins My Kids Pediatric Clinic and Healthy Connections with more than two decades of pediatric experience, bringing her expertise to our Hot Springs, Malvern, and Arkadelphia clinics. Born and raised in North Little Rock, Dr. Rowe completed her medical degree and residency in Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She offers comprehensive pediatric care, from wellness check-ups to treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
