History10 years ago after a back injury, that lead to a back surgery, that lead to an 11 and a half month recovery process. This was the most challenging time in my life. I worked in physical therapy looking to help others through challenges similar to what I went through. After three years in the therapeutic environment I wanted to help people beyond where I was at. I have found that through fitness, health, and nutrition I help others lead a longer better quality of life then they would without me. HistoryFit to the Core was established to accomodate the needs of those individuals that are not particularly fond of the health club atmosphere. In-Home personal training eliminates some of the obstacles individuals have that keeps them from reaching their fitness goals. It is convenient, private, and it's hard not to exercise when your trainer is standing at your front door! Fit to the Core also has other programs such as fitness phone coaching and on-line training packages, with or without a nutritional component. However, we work with men & women, all ages. In addition, we specialize in working with the older population and working with families in transforming to a healthier lifestyle.
