Oakwood Creative Care: Innovative, local support for dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery & aging cognitive challenges. Oakwood provides the care model that sparks JOY for aging adults and their family caregivers. You are not alone in these challenges. Resources include various programs including COPE with an Occupational Therapist, GUIDE which assists you through the entire Dementia journey, and other programs.
