Oakwood Creative Care: Innovative, local support for dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery & aging cognitive challenges. Oakwood provides the care model that sparks JOY for aging adults and their family caregivers. You are not alone in these challenges. Resources include various programs including COPE with an Occupational Therapist, GUIDE which assists you through the entire Dementia journey, and other programs. This "Hub" location specifically hosts Memory Cafe, memory support groups and other events and programs. Check out our calendar online for an upcoming event that we invite you to attend.
