Founded in 1920, Disabled American Veterans helps the disabled veterans and its families to live a better life. Based in Phoenix, Ariz., the organization represents over 200,000 veterans and its dependents with claims for benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs and Defense. Disabled American Veterans conducts the Jesse Brown Memorial Youth Scholarship Program for students.
