Great location! Front desk staff was professional, welcoming and accommodating. Decent hotel. Needs upgrading. Breakfast included with rate was nice! Selections changed daily and were tasty.

Super surprised at the low ratings for this Hyatt right next to ASU! Maybe once upon a time it was really shoddy but for commencement being right next door, we had a great convenient stay here...
