The Horizon High School, located in Scottsdale, Ariz., is affiliated with the Paradise Valley Unified School District. It offers its services for the students in grades nine through 12 and has an enrollment of more than 2,200 students. All three of my kids have gone to this school. They are the worst! We tried to find out info on caps and gowns and got yelled at by staff that we were suppose to know to contact the company...
