Terrible service! Spotty at best. Internet was down two months ago for four days took two months to get a refund. They charged a late fee while I waited for them to make a decision on the refund....

Is this place still in business. No one answers the phone. I sent them a letter requesting information and a call back phone. No reply, no action. I also noticed the stock price is at .12 cents...

Too bad they only offer DSL at 7Mbps out here in Golden Valley, sometimes I don't even get 2Mbps. They need to upgrade these lines so people can work from home and do offline courses more...
