Can not reach local.store . Sent wrong equipment. Only 800 numbers . Frontier disconnected me and hooked me up.with optimum all help numbers go ro voice mail.and no returns

I would not recommend optimum for anyone. First our internet was slow, second hiked our rates up to 276 a month in a year,so we called to try to get a cheaper rate and they would not negotiate...

Every aspect is dishonest and unreliable. I signed up with them around Christmas of 2024 and they were supposed to give me this wonderful promotion well they don't tell you that it doesn't last...
