I never got my DME before OR after surgery. They never called me to follow up even though I called them. Ended up just going to Goodwill for a walker. Id give zero stars if I could.

Apria has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I have been on hold for 3 hours transferred 4 times and they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor. WOW
