Located in Phoenix, Native American Community Health Center provides primary health care, behavioral health and ancillary services to the urban, non- reservation Native Americans. Its behavioral health programs include individual and group counseling, intensive outpatient substance abuse services and mental health services. The center also offers adolescent substance abuse prevention and traditional therapeutic intervention. Its women's health program provides breast and cervical cancer early detection and screening services. Additionally, the center offers testing, counseling and case management services for HIV/AIDS testing. The center also provides in-home support to pregnant women and long-term care case management services. Native American Community Health Center also offers dental, orthodontic and women and infant program services.
